Room was clean. Plenty of towels. Comfy pillows and bed. Quiet. Many different places surrounding it.

The pool was kind of different. which was pretty much the only bad part about the hotel. There was little bugs and someones hair in the water needless to say the pool was indoor I'd understand about the bugs if it was an outdoor pool.

I was upset that we took my daughter to go swimming that was the whole purpose of our night getaway, and we didn't get to swim hardly at all because a kid from another party had a bowel movement in the pool, so therefore they had to close it. This was disgusting, and gross and when I told the manager on the night shift she wasn't very sympathetic at all, all she said was there was nothing she could do about it because of the chemicals being locked up. She didn't even offer to give me a free room or take off some money for our stay, I thought that this was crazy... I will never go back there again. :(

The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well decorated. It was a pleasant surprise. I had forgotten a toothbrush. The front desk had one and asked if I needed anything else.

The location was difficult to find. The surrounding motels, hotels, and other businesses were a bit seedy. We almost decided not to stay there.

The staff was extremely rude. When we checked in we got there late and the lady behind the front counter have us attitude.

Room was musty. Got better with dehumidifier but still damp feeling. Bed was ok but little soft.

My kids live in Peoria and I travel there twice/year. My room didn't get cleaned one of the eight days I stayed there. I asked the clerk at checkout to have manager contact me - never heard from anyone. Will not be using this facility again.

Cleanliness was at its best! Breakfast was great, and tea and coffee in the lobby at all hours was a plus for me!

The bed was very comfortable. I liked the breakfast options. The Breakfast staff was nice, with a smile on her face.

It took almost 30 minutes to check me in and the clerks were very rude. I think the tone and looks and rudeness of the clerks, That I will never stay again.

I appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk clerks who made check-in easy. The room was spacious and clean, nice for a relaxing atmosphere .

There is an abandoned building next door that detracts from the overall experience.

Being billed a month before our stay

I liked the central location, the price, the friendliness of the staff, the condition of the room, and the convenience of breakfast in the morning. It was our second stay and we were just as happy as we were the first time.

In terms of room maintenance, the carpet showed signs of wear, with frayed edges starting to be noticeable. The breakfast, while decent, lacked options like fresh fruit and offered mostly standard fare with some hot items that didn't impress. The towels were only replaced every three days, especially when I was stuck with one tiny bottle of shampoo for too long. Housekeeping also missed a few small details, like ensuring all mirrors were centered and managing tidiness more effectively.

Checking in after a long drive, the two employees behind the counter did nothing to make me feel I was a valued customer. I would think dealing with a customer would be of paramount importance. That did not seem to be the case.

My recent stay was decent. the breakfast spread was surprisingly good, and the water pressure in the shower was solid. the carpet in the room had some stains that were a bit off-putting. I might think about returning.
